The menu is the heart of the Sign of the Whale,  lead by our signature Nantucket Seafood Chowder and list of Gourmet Burgers.  The chowder is cream based using "Ultra Pasterized Heavy Cream" giving it a unique and memorable quality.  The hamburgers are hand patted 80/20 fresh ground beef then seared on the flat top before charbroiling to customer's specs.  Other signature items include BBQ shrimp wrapped in bacon, Crab Rueben Sandwiches, Crab Cakes, Marinated Seafood Salad and Key Lime Pie.
